When Hilla Ovil Brenner, the entrepreneur behind White Smoke, was at the starting stages of building her business and raising funds, she heard "No" more often than not. One memory that sticks out is when after ending an elaborate presentation about her idea to a group of partners at a large venture capital fund, one female partner told her: "You seem like a nice girl, but go do something else with your life, because this is not a good idea".
